SCAI Conference Awards for Students

SCAI PhD students are eligible for a $250 award to use toward conference travel if they are presenting a paper. Students can receive this award once per fiscal year (July 1st – June 30th).

Eligibility Criteria

  • Must be a SCAI PhD student.
  • Must be the primary author and present a paper at the conference.
  • Have not received the SCAI Conference award in the current fiscal year (July 1st – June 30th).

How to Apply

  1. Complete the SCAI Conference Award Form with your Faculty/PI’s approval.
  2. Print or save a copy of the conference brochure.
  3. Print or save a copy of the email from the conference host confirming your paper’s acceptance and presentation.
  4. Send all documentation to your designated SCAI Business Office contact for review and approval.

Important: If multiple authors are presenting the same paper, the SCAI Award of $250 will be divided among the students applying.
